That welcoming voice on the end of the phone when you call the Kartaway office in Adelaide to order a skip or bin or to discuss your waste management needs will be one of the friendly team ready to help you sort out your rubbish removal requirements.
Our Operations/Fleet Controller, Con Katsikeros is one of those friendly voices, delivering outstanding customer service, he knows the Kartaway products and services ‘inside and out’. Commencing at Kartaway in 2006, he has an intimate understanding of the waste management industry and is resourceful and responsive to customers’ enquiries and needs. He directs and schedules the fleet operations to ensure a smooth, timely
and efficient delivery and pick-up of skips and bins to our customers. He is esteemed by his colleagues and peers, valued by Kartaway Management and customers truly appreciate his excellent and reliable service.
Con is ably supported by Isaac Elliott, General Administrative Clerk, who is also at times the helpful voice on the phone answering customer’s queries and taking skip and bin bookings. Bright and efficient his friendly, outgoing and personable manner is a delight and has endeared him to his colleagues and customers alike. A customer service professional and tech savvy, he brings a strong background in customer service to the Adelaide branch, having worked for two years at AV Jennings as a Customer Service Officer for both Victoria and South Australia. He joined the Kartaway Adelaide office in February this year and has proved himself an asset to the team.
Friendly Customer Service at Kartaway extends beyond the office to the Transfer Station at Campbelltown. Quenton Hogg, newly appointed to the Site Supervisor role greets customers with a friendly smile and cheery disposition. With a depth of industry knowledge and a focus on safety Quenton has completed numerous safety courses, construction inductions and has various tickets and accreditations. He is an efficient team leader and enjoys providing top level customer service to customers visiting the site.
